First winner of the Suzanne Bella Srodogora Award (September 25, 1949 – May 12, 2019)

First winner of the Suzanne Bella Srodogora Prize (September 25, 1949 – May 12, 2019) organized by the CNRS Foundation and the Friends of Suzanne.

To honor her memory and commitment, a group of three of Suzanne’s friends decided to create an annual award. A prize in the image of her career, resolutely oriented towards supporting scientific research, awarded to a woman administrative engineer (ITA) who has won a CNRS crystal from among the winners of the last three years.

The Suzanne Bella Srodogora Prize will be awarded in 2021 to Mylène Pardoenresearch engineer CNRS research engineer at the Maison des Sciences de l’Homme de Lyon Saint-Etienne.

Cristal Medal 2020Mylène Pardoen, creator of the “archaeology of the soundscape”, was entrusted with a mission of expertise and coordination of the Acoustics Working Group of the CNRS/MCC/Notre-Dame scientific site following the fire.
