The governance of the CNRS Foundation is overseen by a Board of Directors, which defines general policy, sets strategic direction, approves budget, and validates financial statements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The Board comprises the President and CEO of the CNRS, the CNRS Deputy Director General for Science, two staff representatives, three additional founding members, and five qualified individuals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
